Job Overview:

We are seeking a commercially astute professional to manage the full deal cycle from sourcing to building long-term contracts.

  • Conduct market analysis and pricing benchmarks to inform commercial strategy.
  • Develop, review, and administer supply agreements, sales contracts, and vendor/off-taker arrangements.
  • Track contract performance, monitor compliance, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Create commodity contracts for various products.
  • Analyze commercial terms to minimize risk.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless contract execution.
  • Maintain supplier relationships to support long-term partnerships.
  • Ensure all commercial activities adhere to governance policies and external regulations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Petroleum & Petrochemicals or related fields with exposure to contract management.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to conduct market studies.
  • Familiarity with structuring, reviewing, and administering long-term contracts.
  • Good understanding of regional/international market dynamics and trade flows.
  • Proficient in MS Excel/Power BI for modeling and reporting.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Attention to detail with ability to support contract execution while ensuring compliance and risk mitigation.
