Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our commercial excellence efforts in the region. As a Senior Commercial Excellence Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue performance through data-driven insights and strategic planning.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of CRM and analytics, with experience in developing and implementing effective sales strategies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to align funnel management processes with business objectives and drive pipeline efficiency.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a 3-year commercial excellence roadmap aligned with global priorities
  • Design and implement SEA-specific SFDC workflows for sales calls/pipeline health and marketing funnels
  • Develop and maintain SEA PowerBI dashboards to provide real-time visibility into funnel, sales call quality performance and KPIs
  • Automate SFDC/PowerBI reporting processes to streamline data collection and enhance pipeline efficiency across SEA markets
  • Conduct regular CRM data audits to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with region/country governance policies
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Data Science, Marketing, or related field; Master's degree preferred

Experience: 5-7 years in MedTech/Pharmaceutical industry, with 3+ years in CRM/Commercial Excellence roles focused on SFDC/PowerBI and funnel analytics

Skills: Advanced expertise in SFDC configuration, PowerBI dashboard development, and sales/marketing funnel management; expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Office; Proficiency in Python, R, or SQL for advanced analytics
