About the Role

This role exists to deliver training to sales teams in APAC, supporting leaders to equip them with knowledge and skills required for their job.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting sales leaders to develop Sales and Customer Success Managers, focusing on improving effectiveness and goal attainment.
  • Coordinating and facilitating training programs and workshops in the region, including new hire onboarding and go-to-market training.
  • Ensuring all training programs align with LNRS Data Services Pte Ltd Company's vision, mission, values, and goals.
  • Collaborating with other regions to share best practices and ensure high-quality training.
  • Managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Performing other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Excellent presentation, communication, and collaboration skills for delivering effective training and working with employees at all levels.
  • Relevant experience conducting training for sales professionals.
  • Project management, organizational, and multi-tasking skills to effectively manage training programs.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong computer and technical skills.
  • Experience selling in a Business-to-Business environment.

Job Specifications

This is a full-time position with a competitive estimated salary of SGD $80,000 - $100,000 per annum, depending on experience. Benefits include health insurance, retirement plans, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
