Sales Enablement and Training Professional

About the Role
This role exists to deliver training to sales teams in APAC, supporting leaders to equip them with knowledge and skills required for their job.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting sales leaders to develop Sales and Customer Success Managers, focusing on improving effectiveness and goal attainment.
- Coordinating and facilitating training programs and workshops in the region, including new hire onboarding and go-to-market training.
- Ensuring all training programs align with LNRS Data Services Pte Ltd Company's vision, mission, values, and goals.
- Collaborating with other regions to share best practices and ensure high-quality training.
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Performing other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Excellent presentation, communication, and collaboration skills for delivering effective training and working with employees at all levels.
- Relevant experience conducting training for sales professionals.
- Project management, organizational, and multi-tasking skills to effectively manage training programs.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong computer and technical skills.
- Experience selling in a Business-to-Business environment.
Job Specifications
This is a full-time position with a competitive estimated salary of SGD $80,000 - $100,000 per annum, depending on experience. Benefits include health insurance, retirement plans, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
