Levelling Up Sales Success
At Deel, we're dedicated to streamlining global hiring processes by merging advanced technology with local expertise. As our GTM Enablement Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in implementing and refining our sales strategy to drive growth and performance across diverse markets.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize a comprehensive sales methodology aligned with our SaaS offerings and global customer base.
- Design and deliver engaging training programs for account executives and sales development representatives, focusing on skill enhancement and competency development.
- Establish robust reporting systems to track sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Prioritize and adapt sales methodologies to address evolving business needs, market trends, and customer feedback.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- 3+ years in an enablement or program management role, or relevant experience in learning and development.
- Deep knowledge of sales methodologies such as Sandler and MEDDICC.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and training skills.
- Results-driven and entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
