Global Sales Enablement Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Sales Enablement Strategist to join our team at ShopBack. As a key member of our sales organization, you will play a critical role in enhancing the performance of our sales teams across 12 markets.
About the JobAs a Regional Sales Enabler, you will be instrumental in developing best practice templates and resources that drive sales efficiency and provide strategic insights to empower our business development efforts. Collaborating closely with BD teams, designers, product teams, and marketing, you will ensure our sales processes are optimized for success.
- You will enable our sales teams by providing the tools, insights, and resources they need to excel.
- Develop and implement best practice templates and resources for the regional sales team to enhance sales efficiency across 12 markets.
- Collaborate closely with business development teams, marketing, product teams, and designers to align on sales strategies and initiatives.
- Provide training and coaching to sales teams, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Analyze the sales cycle to identify opportunities for optimization and deliver actionable insights that add value to the sales process.
- Design and execute go-to-merchant strategies, including lead generation events and internal sales initiatives.
- Create playbooks, training materials, and resources that empower sales teams to effectively communicate ShopBack's value proposition.
- Manage stakeholder relationships to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives across departments.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A proven track record of sales enablement experience, with a strong understanding of the sales cycle and the ability to add value at every stage.
- Creative skills, with the ability to design engaging training materials and resources.
- Analytical skills, proficient in analyzing data to derive insights that drive sales performance and decision-making.
- Strong coaching and training abilities, with experience developing and delivering effective training programs.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for managing relationships with internal teams and external partners.
- The ability to be strategic while also being hands-on in creating resources, templates, and playbooks for the sales team.
- Familiarity with the eCommerce landscape, particularly in terms of sales strategies and merchant engagement.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective collaboration and the dissemination of information across teams.
- Strong organizational and project management skills to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Familiarity with sales enablement tools and platforms to track metrics, manage resources, and improve processes.
We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, based on your level of experience and qualifications.
