As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the entire employee lifecycle.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in Singapore.
- Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing in compliance with statutory requirements.
- Conduct thorough audits to guarantee full compliance with employment legislation and internal policies.
- Stay up-to-date on Singapore labor laws, including the Employment Act, MOM regulations, and WP Quotas.
- Manage CPF, levy, and insurance submissions; support audit findings.
- Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR policies.
- Coordinate training and development initiatives for the team.
- Oversee organizational certifications (Apply/Renew): BCA, ISO, GGBS, etc.
- Stay current on labor laws and HR trends, recommending updates to policies and practices as needed.
Key Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience handling executive-level recruitment.
- Deep understanding of HR best practices and relevant MOM/BCA laws and policies.
- Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Candidates with Infotech system experience have an advantage.
- HR experience in the Construction industry.
- Proficient in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese-speaking employees.
