Job Opportunity: HR Manager

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the entire employee lifecycle.

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in Singapore.
  • Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing in compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Conduct thorough audits to guarantee full compliance with employment legislation and internal policies.
  • Stay up-to-date on Singapore labor laws, including the Employment Act, MOM regulations, and WP Quotas.
  • Manage CPF, levy, and insurance submissions; support audit findings.
  • Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR policies.
  • Coordinate training and development initiatives for the team.
  • Oversee organizational certifications (Apply/Renew): BCA, ISO, GGBS, etc.
  • Stay current on labor laws and HR trends, recommending updates to policies and practices as needed.

Key Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience handling executive-level recruitment.
  • Deep understanding of HR best practices and relevant MOM/BCA laws and policies.
  • Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Candidates with Infotech system experience have an advantage.
  • HR experience in the Construction industry.
  • Proficient in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese-speaking employees.
