
Employee Lifecycle Manager

As a vital member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding. This encompasses being the primary point of contact for employees' inquiries regarding HR policies, employment terms and conditions, as well as company benefits.
Key Responsibilities:- Full Recruitment: Identify, attract, and select top talent to fill various roles within the organization, utilizing effective recruitment strategies to enhance diversity and inclusion.
- Talent Management: Develop and implement strategies to retain and develop existing talent, ensuring they have the skills and opportunities needed to grow professionally, and providing mentorship and coaching when required.
- Performance Appraisal: Conduct regular performance reviews to assess employee progress, provide constructive feedback, and set goals for improvement, aligned with the organization's overall business objectives.
- Compensation and Benefits: Administer payroll functions, including claims, overtime payments, bonuses, and monthly salaries, ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures.
- Strategic Development: Contribute to the development of HR strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives, focusing on innovative solutions to drive growth and excellence.
Additionally, you will ensure the administration of payroll functions, manage end-to-end processes for all applicants, escalate any outstanding issues, and support internal and external audits, manpower reports, and government surveys.
Requirements:- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Management, or related disciplines.
- At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in Human Resource Management.
- Prior experience in Banking & Finance is preferred.
- Ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
- Good interpersonal skills to liaise with multiple stakeholders across various departments.
- Resourceful and self-driven with a strong sense of urgency to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Understanding of HR policies and legislation will be an added advantage.
