Job Summary:

As an Employee Lifecycle Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the entire employee lifecycle from recruitment to separation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide end-to-end support for all employee life cycle activities, including onboarding, offboarding, and everything in between.
  • Act as a single point of contact for HR-related matters, providing timely and accurate responses to employee inquiries.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance and excellence.
  • Collaborate with HR business partners to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes that drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop and maintain HR systems, processes, and tools to support the delivery of high-quality HR services.
  • Analyze data and metrics to inform HR strategies and optimize business outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with employees, managers, and stakeholders.
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in HR systems, software, and tools, including payroll processing and benefits administration.
