About The Company

We are seeking a highly skilled HR professional to join our team as an Employee Lifecycle Manager.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive HR support across the employee lifecycle, from onboarding through to exit. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with employees and stakeholders at all levels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement learning and development programs that align with business objectives.
  • Conduct annual training needs analysis and propose training plans within approved budgets.
  • Manage employee movement processes such as promotions, transfers, contract extensions, and exits.
  • Facilitate onboarding and orientation programs for new hires and conduct structured check-ins to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Monitor employee engagement and flag potential disengagement or attrition risks.
Qualifications:
  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in retail FMCG industry.
  • Excellent knowledge of Singapore's labour regulations.
  • Prior experience in designing and implementing learning and development programs is essential.
  • Strong coordination, communication, and interpersonal skills.
