Job Title: Strategic HR Manager
Description:
We are seeking a seasoned professional to manage the entire employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding. As a key member of our team, you will be the primary point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR policies, employment terms, and benefits.
Your responsibilities will include full recruitment, talent management, performance appraisal, compensation administration, strategic development, and payroll function administration. You will also ensure compliance with HR policies and processes, manage end-to-end processes for all applicants, and escalate any outstanding issues.
You will partner with HR colleagues to handle employee relations issues and support grievance/disciplinary processes. Additionally, you will maintain data related to employee information and align it with best practices and policies. Your role will involve supporting internal and external audits, manpower reports, government surveys, and other tasks assigned by senior management.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will require a minimum degree in Human Resources or a related field and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the financial/banking sector.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work under pressure, and have a strong understanding of HR policies and procedures. They will also be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
