
Senior Employee Lifecycle Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources professional to manage the entire employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
As a key member of our team, you will be the first point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR policies, employment terms, and company benefits.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Full recruitment and talent management
- Performance appraisal and compensation administration
- Strategic development and payroll function administration
- Ensuring compliance with HR policies and processes
You will also partner with HR colleagues to handle employee relations issues and support grievance/disciplinary processes.
In addition, you will maintain data related to employee information and align it with best HR practices and policies.
Your role will involve supporting internal and external audits, manpower reports, government surveys, and other tasks assigned by senior management.
Requirements:To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A minimum degree in Human Resources or a related field
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the financial/banking sector
- Excellent communication skills
- The ability to work under pressure
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of HR policies and procedures and be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
