Human Resources Professionals perform a wide range of duties to ensure the smooth operation of an organization's workforce.

Job Description

A key role of an HR Officer is to support employees throughout their employment lifecycle. This involves coordinating onboarding processes, ensuring all necessary documents are complete, and facilitating communication between management and staff.

Additionally, HR Officers manage workpass/dependent pass related matters, including application, renewal, and termination. They also assist with appointments at the Ministry of Manpower, facilitate academic verification for workpass applications, and arrange translation services as needed.

In terms of employee relations, HR Officers address queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. They contribute to the implementation of staff-centric activities, maintain accurate records, and provide administrative support.

The role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Experience in employee engagement initiatives is also beneficial.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in HR or administrative roles.
  • Knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
