Job Description

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding.

  • Manage employee onboarding, offboarding, and all related processes.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for employees' queries and concerns regarding HR policies and employment terms.
  • Oversee full recruitment, talent management, performance appraisal, compensation, benefits, and strategic development.
  • Administer payroll functions, including claims, overtime payments, bonuses, and monthly salaries.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
  • Handle end-to-end processes for applicants and renewal of work passes, escalating any outstanding issues.
  • Maintain accurate employee data and align it with best practices and policies.
  • Support internal and external audits, manpower reports, government surveys, and other related tasks.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in Human Resource Management.
  • Prior experience in Banking and Finance is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder communication.
  • Resourceful, self-driven, and able to meet deadlines under pressure.
  • Understanding of HR policies and legislation is an added advantage.
