
Strategic Employee Lifecycle Manager

The Human Resource Officer plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of all HR-related functions.
This key position oversees the entire employee life cycle, from onboarding to offboarding, and serves as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, employment terms, and company benefits.
- Recruitment efforts, talent management, performance appraisals, compensation and benefits, strategic development, and other related functions are managed by this individual.
- Payroll functions, including claims, overtime payments, bonuses, and monthly salaries, are administered with precision.
- Ensuring adherence to HR policies and processes is an essential aspect of this role.
- The end-to-end process for all applicants and work pass renewals is managed, with any outstanding issues escalated accordingly.
- Accurate employee information data is maintained, aligning with best HR practices and policies.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Management, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in Human Resource Management.
- Prior experience in Banking & Finance is highly preferred.
- Ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to liaise with multiple stakeholders across departments.
- Resourceful and self-driven individual with a strong sense of urgency to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Understanding of HR policies and legislation is highly valued.
This role demands a dynamic and organized individual who can effectively manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining excellent communication skills.
