Job Title

The role of a Culture Business Partner is to drive alignment with our mission and core values by embedding culture into the employee lifecycle.

As a Culture Business Partner, you will collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to support growth and expansion. You will help build a best-in-class HR function for a global company.

Key responsibilities include building a deep understanding of our organizational culture, serving as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), and supporting culture integration into company-wide management training programs and mechanisms.

Additional responsibilities include assessing cultural challenges within business teams and designing practical solutions to enable employees and leaders to practice our culture.

Enhancing understanding of company culture for employees and leaders through learning content, toolkits, training, and workshop facilitation is also key.

Qualifications
  • First-hand experience building a culture within your own team or a client team, enabling wider business priorities while sustaining employee engagement.
  • Practical experience designing or implementing a broad range of HR/management processes and systems, such as recruiting, leadership development, recognition programs.
  • Experience in design, development, and delivery of leadership development workshops and/or employee experience initiatives, not limited to HR/learning.
  • Experience leading global change, project, and/or product management, including needs analysis, business consulting, data analysis, and stakeholder management.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to synthesize complex information into actionable insights.

Self-motivated individuals who are passionate about inspiring creativity and bringing joy are preferred. Business-centric and solution-oriented individuals who can pursue root-cause solutions that drive real business results are also preferred.
