Employee Relations Specialist Role

To excel in this role, candidates should possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Employee Relations and grievance handling.
  • Proven expertise in managing grievances and core employee relations.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Positive, solution-oriented attitude.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive matters with discretion.
