**Summary**

**Responsibilities**:

- Employee Engagement _
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams/departments/region to organize and coordinate employee events, recognition programs, and team-building activities.
- Conduct global surveys and assessments to measure employee engagement levels and provide actionable insights.
- Culture Development _
- Drive initiatives that align with and strengthen our organizational culture globally.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders/management team to establish and promote core values that resonate with employees.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment through communication and cultural programs.
- Employer Branding _
- Develop and execute employer branding strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Manage online and offline channels to promote the employer brand, including social media, career fairs, and networking events.
- Work closely with marketing and communication teams to ensure consistent messaging.
- Internal Communication: _
- Design and implement communication strategies to keep employees informed and engaged.
- Develop content for internal communication channels, including newsletters, intranet, and other platforms.

Analytics and Reporting:

- Utilize data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of employee engagement and employer branding initiatives.
- Prepare regular reports and present findings to Head of Global HR

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1 - 2 years of proven working experience in employee engagement, culture development, and employer branding.
- Strong understanding of HR principles and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English & Mandarin in order to liaise with internal stakeholders across APAC.
- Creative thinker with the ability to innovate and implement new ideas.
- Proficiency in using HRIS and other relevant tools.
