Job Overview

We are seeking an Employment Lifecycle Specialist to join our dynamic team in the semiconductor industry. This role is responsible for managing the full employee lifecycle, ensuring compliance and data integrity throughout.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage employee records, contracts, and documentation across all lifecycle events.
  • Support work pass applications, relocation logistics, and other employee mobility needs.
  • Generate HR reports and analytics to support compliance and business decisions.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need a degree/diploma in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, with 4-6 years' experience in HR operations, preferably in a multinational environment.

You should be proficient in Workday or similar HRIS platforms, with strong reporting and compliance knowledge.
