Become a key member of our team as an Employment Specialist.

In this vital role, you will be responsible for creating and executing strategic plans to identify and attract top talent that aligns with the company's goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement recruitment strategies across various channels to meet hiring needs.
  2. Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their requirements and ensure seamless integration of new hires into the organization.
  3. Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.
  4. Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from initial application to onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout.
  5. Negotiate job offers and facilitate a smooth transition for new hires.
  6. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment, including diversity and inclusion initiatives.
  7. Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
  • At least 3 years of experience in recruiting and sourcing.
