Are you passionate about enhancing workers' employability and employment? We are seeking a highly effective Business Improvement Specialist to join our Industry Partnership Group dedicated to employment and employability.

Job Description:

You will be part of the Industry Partnership Group – Secretariat Office, coordinating work processes to better organise and facilitate services and programmes for companies on their manpower needs. This includes relevant reporting and coordination with internal stakeholders to provide employment support to retrenching companies and affected workers.


Key responsibilities include problem-solving across teams within the Group and organisation, engaging various stakeholders to analyse, review, and drive continuous improvements, working closely with internal stakeholders to prepare monthly reports and analyse trends, organising group sharing sessions for cross-learning, and coordinating national initiatives and programmes to support workers.


Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Good interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Meticulous, self-driven, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Good conceptualisation and idea development skills
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in outreach and business development
