A professional in employment coordination is needed to oversee the process of matching domestic helpers with employers, ensuring a seamless experience for both parties.
- The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be sales-oriented, and have knowledge of employment regulatory frameworks.
Key responsibilities include:
- Sourcing and matching potential employer and domestic helper leads;
- Negotiating employment terms and preparing necessary documents;
- Coodinating training programs and providing after-sales follow-up service;
- Mediating between workers and employers when problems arise.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Sales orientation;
- Proficiency in handling employer and FDW matters independently;
- Knowledge of Ministry of Manpower Employment Regulatory Frameworks.
Competencies required include:
- Correspondence with candidates and employers via email, phone, and in person;
- Establishing positive connections with candidates and employers;
- Marketing company and jobs to potential employers and candidates;
- Pitching job to candidates as well as suitability of candidates to employers;
- Use of technology to digitally prepare and sign all documents and processing required to formalise hiring.
