Job Title: Employment Professional - Domestic Helper Placement Assistant

We are a reputable domestic helper agency specializing in the recruitment and placement of overseas maids. We're currently expanding our team and looking for motivated individuals to assist us with candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing and shortlisting suitable domestic helper candidates from abroad.
  • Coordinating interviews between employers and potential maids via phone or video call.
  • Handling documentation for work permits, visa applications, medical check-ups, and insurance.
  • Communicating with overseas agents regarding candidates' progress and documentation.
  • Maintaining updated records of candidates and employer requirements.
  • Assisting walk-in clients and attending to inquiries via phone or WhatsApp.
  • Performing general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and scheduling.

Requirements:

  • No prior experience necessary – fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Good communication skills in English.
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, email).
  • Able to multitask, stay organized, and follow up on applications.
  • Responsible, proactive, and willing to learn.
