Electronics Commercial Specialist

Deliver a wide variety of semiconductor and electronic component products to OEMs, EMS providers, and independent distributors in regional and international markets.

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with regional agents and global trading partners to ensure seamless supply chain operations align with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and R&D teams to understand technical requirements and provide suitable component solutions.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to drive growth in both high-volume and niche component segments.
  • Support existing clients to enhance satisfaction, retention, and repeat orders.
  • Advise on product specifications, compatibility, and applications to facilitate informed purchasing decisions.
  • Respond promptly to pricing, availability, order status, and logistics inquiries.
  • Follow up after sales to troubleshoot issues and maintain ongoing client relationships.
  • Monitor sales results and KPIs; prepare regular reports to guide strategy and improve forecasts.
  • Handle inbound inquiries and follow up on leads quickly and professionally to convert them into sales opportunities.
