About our company, a leading electric commercial vehicle provider based in Singapore, we are on a mission to revolutionize urban logistics. We offer innovative transportation solutions for various industries such as F&B, retail, and last-mile delivery.
We seek an experienced Business Development Director to lead strategic partnerships, drive market growth, and develop new business opportunities. If you have led a business or had experience in the F&B industry, you will understand how operational efficiency and customer delivery impact success. You can leverage this expertise to transform industries through smart EV fleets.
Your skills in supply chain design, outlet expansion, and B2B partnerships give you a competitive edge in helping us grow. Our ideal candidate has 8+ years of experience in business development, B2B sales, or commercial strategy and possesses strong leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business expansion plans across Singapore and ASEAN.
- Identify and onboard B2B clients (e.g., food & beverage chains, cold chain distributors, e-commerce platforms).
- Build strategic alliances with government agencies, logistics partners, and potential parties.
- Launch and scale commercial vehicle applications in real-world scenarios (e.g., last-mile, cold chain, franchise delivery).
- Oversee end-to-end implementation, from fleet trials to financing and aftersales support.
- Lead and mentor the business development team toward measurable growth targets.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven leadership experience as a founder, chairman, or senior executive in F&B, retail, logistics, or mobility sectors.
- Strong understanding of regional logistics networks, supply chain, or franchise models.
- Excellent deal-making, negotiation, and cross-functional leadership skills.
- Passion for sustainability, innovation, and shaping the future of urban logistics.
