Job Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled HR and Administration Manager to lead our office administration in Singapore. This role is responsible for maintaining overall company efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness.
Responsibilities
- Human Resources:
- Manage the recruitment process for middle to senior-level staff, including the preparation of employment contracts.
- Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
- Oversee payroll processes, ensuring accurate and timely salary payments and CPF contributions.
- Maintain comprehensive HR records and generate reports as required.
- Provide expert HR advice and guidance to senior management.
- Administration:
- Oversee day-to-day office operations to optimize efficiency and productivity.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement innovative solutions.
- Handle all administrative tasks, including managing office supplies and procurement, coordinating office maintenance, and ensuring effective communication channels.
Requirements
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of HR and administration experience.
- Legal and HR Knowledge: Strong understanding of Singapore labor laws, HR best practices, and administrative processes.
- Recruitment Expertise: Sound knowledge of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and best practices.
- Independence and Communication: Ability to work independently and possess excellent communication skills.
- Analytical Skills: Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive decisions.
- Residency Status: Singapore PR / Citizen.
- Language Proficiency: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese.
Estimated Salary: SGD 60,000 - SGD 80,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
