About the Role

The Strategic Office Coordinator will be responsible for providing top-notch administrative support to our team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, and contributing to the development of our office systems.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to utilize your expertise in office management, communication, and problem-solving to make a tangible impact on our organization's success.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage and maintain accurate records, files, and databases to ensure efficient access to information.
  2. Develop and implement effective office procedures and protocols to enhance productivity and reduce errors.
  3. Provide exceptional administrative support to our team members, including scheduling meetings, making travel arrangements, and preparing reports.
  4. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and maintain confidentiality in all matters.
  5. Collaborate with colleagues to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes as needed.
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in administration, preferably with experience as an Executive Administrative Assistant or in a similar position.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Proficiency in English language, both written and verbal.
  • Exceptional planning, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure.
Preferred Skills

In addition to the above requirements, we welcome candidates with:

  • Experience with inventory management and data entry.
  • Familiarity with office management software and applications.
  • Knowledge of business etiquette and protocol.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Benefits and Compensation

We offer a competitive salary of SGD $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
