OFFICE SECRETARIES PTE. LTD. is a leading provider of administrative services, seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support the Executive Director and Principal.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a high level of discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Executive Director and Principal, including preparing correspondence, reports, and presentations.

In addition, the candidate will assist in managing office operations, including coordinating travel arrangements, scheduling appointments, and maintaining databases and files.

Responsibilities
  1. Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the Executive Director and Principal, including preparing correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  2. Office Operations: Assist in managing office operations, including coordinating travel arrangements, scheduling appointments, and maintaining databases and files.
  3. Communication: Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including colleagues, clients, and vendors.
  4. Organization: Organize and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and ensure efficient workflow.
  5. Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve administrative issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Education: Diploma or other recognized professional certification.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant in a similar industry.
  • Skillset: Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Language: Fluent in English.
Salary and Benefits

The salary range for this position is SGD $45,000 - SGD $65,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, OFFICE SECRETARIES PTE.
