Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Office Operations Coordinator to join our team at FLYFISH JOBS PTE. LTD. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have proven experience in coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies. Key responsibilities will include preparing and maintaining regular reports on HR metrics such as employee turnover, attendance, and recruitment efficiency. Additionally, you will support managers in conducting performance reviews and assist with employee development initiatives. Other duties will include managing agendas/travel arrangements/appointments for upper management, managing phone calls and correspondence, preparing HR reports and data analytics to support decision-making, submitting timely reports, and preparing presentations/proposals as assigned. You will also be expected to assist colleagues whenever necessary.

Requirements and Skills

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a proven track record of experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role. Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities are essential, as is familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles. Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software is required, as well as the ability to work on weekends and public holidays. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure. They will also have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills.

What We Offer

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of $SGD 45,000 - SGD 60,000 per annum, depending on experience. Benefits include health insurance, retirement savings plan, and professional development opportunities.
