We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Strategic Office Coordinator to join our dynamic team at GLOBAL ENVIRO TECHNOLOGY (S) PTE. LTD.

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office, providing administrative support across various functions, and driving initiatives for team welfare and morale-building.

About the Role
  • Office Administration & Operations:
    • Manage senior management and team schedules, ensuring seamless coordination and productivity.
    • Oversee front desk operations, including greeting visitors, handling calls, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
    • Maintain office cleanliness and organization, promoting a productive work environment.
    • Monitor and replenish pantry supplies and office resources, ensuring a comfortable and efficient workspace.
  • Data Management & Confidentiality:
    • Perform accurate data entry into databases and spreadsheets, maintaining data integrity and confidentiality.
    • Maintain and manage confidential files, documents, and records, upholding the company's standards for security and discretion.
    • Update and maintain system databases for claims and other administrative records, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Event Planning & Coordination:
    • Plan and organize company events, meetings, and conferences, showcasing your creativity and attention to detail.
    • Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail and packages, ensuring timely delivery and response.

We offer an attractive salary of SGD $45,000 - SGD $55,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for growth and professional development.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and build strong relationships.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software, with experience in data management and administrative support.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Familiarity with startup environments is a plus, but not required.
