Job Title: Strategic HR and Office Administrator
About Us: HST MEDICAL PTE LTD is a leading healthcare provider seeking an experienced HR and Admin Executive to join our team.
Job Summary: We are looking for a highly organized and proactive individual to support the day-to-day operations of our Human Resources department. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth running of office activities, managing HR processes, payroll, administration, and training.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage Office Operations: Maintain a well-organized office environment by ensuring efficient use of resources, tracking inventory, and implementing cost-saving initiatives.
- HR Processes and Support: Coordinate recruitment efforts, prepare employment contracts, update employee handbooks, and execute HR procedures including performance management, training, and exit processes.
- Payroll Administration: Process payrolls accurately and on time, handle salary-related matters, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Training and Development: Organize and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Record Keeping and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of personnel data, statistics, and reports, submitting them as required to relevant authorities.
- Facilities Management: Coordinate maintenance and repairs of office equipment and facilities, manage vendors, and ensure a safe working environment.
- Communication and Liaison: Serve as a point of contact for employees, management, and external stakeholders, providing exceptional communication and customer service.
Requirements:
- Education and Qualifications: Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
- Work Experience: At least 2 years of experience in HR and administrative roles, preferably in a similar industry.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; ability to work independently and as part of a team.
