Job DescriptionWe offer a comprehensive range of responsibilities that cater to the needs of our company:
- General Administrative Support: Provide assistance to our management team in the head office, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
- ISO Management: Oversee the updating, auditing, and certification renewal of ISO manuals, as well as documentation and filing.
- Licencing and Compliance: Manage company and builder licencing applications and renewals.
- Human Resources: Handle workers' WP matters, including monthly salary preparation, worker training, and course arrangements.
- IT Coordination: Take charge of office IT and coordinate with external support providers.
- Company Profile: Maintain and update our company profile.
- Staff Welfare: Assist in organizing staff welfare activities, CRS, and other company events.
- Office Administration: Purchase, lease, and maintain office equipment, computers, and furniture.
- Financial Management: Track and verify monthly office expenses and supplier invoices.
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Familiarity with ISO procedures and information technology
- Able to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
