At SEARCH PERSONNEL PRIVATE LIMITED, we are seeking an experienced Sales and Business Development Specialist to join our team. This exciting opportunity involves managing sales and business development in Singapore and the region.

We are looking for a driven individual who can develop new accounts by generating leads and following up. The ideal candidate will identify and pursue new market opportunities, provide course/training consultancy, and ensure a smooth experience from enquiry to final registration of the course/training.

The role requires strong marketing skills, including strategies and messaging. Maintaining sales documentation and reporting is also essential.

To be successful in this position, you will need a diploma in Engineering or Marketing, or an equivalent qualification. You should also be willing to travel when needed.

This full-time role offers a competitive salary of up to $4000 per month, commensurate with experience. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to work on a permanent basis in the industrial and technical training industry.

This job is perfect for someone with coaching, teaching, consulting, and technical training experience. If you have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for sales and business development, then we want to hear from you.
