Sales Administration Specialist

As a Sales Administration Specialist at Professional Testing Services Pte Ltd, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team by providing exceptional administrative services. This includes attending to customer sales enquiries, preparing quotations, and following up with customers on quotations made.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business or a relevant field, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will be able to build relationships with customers over the phone and internal stakeholders, and possess the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend to customer sales enquiries and prepare quotations.
- Follow up with customers on quotations made.
- Upload completed quotations into Document Management Software.
- Consolidate pre-requisite information.
- Liaise with customers on new enquiries.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Back up fellow colleagues to ensure continuity of service.
- Manage customer Purchase Orders.
- Manage customer accounts in ERP system.
- Perform other administrative tasks and ad hoc duties assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum a Diploma in Business or relevant field.
- Candidate with engineering background will have an added advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good knowledge in ERP system and Microsoft Office.
