About the Role:
Stag Match Learning Centre Private Limited is seeking an experienced Sales and Business Development Executive to join their team. As a high-performing and results-driven professional, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, tactics, and action plans to drive business growth and sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
- Determine annual unit and gross-profit plans by analyzing trends and results
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base
- Present products to clients
- Manage individual sales targets and plan and execute sales and marketing initiatives
- Promote and achieve sales and marketing objectives by contributing to sales and business development efforts
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in sales and business development
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Confident in public speaking and communicating verbally and in writing
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong decision-making and project management skills
Working Conditions:
- Must be prepared to work beyond normal work hours
- Must be prepared to travel overseas
