About the Role:

Stag Match Learning Centre Private Limited is seeking an experienced Sales and Business Development Executive to join their team. As a high-performing and results-driven professional, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, tactics, and action plans to drive business growth and sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
  • Determine annual unit and gross-profit plans by analyzing trends and results
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base
  • Present products to clients
  • Manage individual sales targets and plan and execute sales and marketing initiatives
  • Promote and achieve sales and marketing objectives by contributing to sales and business development efforts

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in sales and business development
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Confident in public speaking and communicating verbally and in writing
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong decision-making and project management skills

Working Conditions:

  • Must be prepared to work beyond normal work hours
  • Must be prepared to travel overseas
