Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive sales growth by setting and achieving sales targets for the business.
• Perform daily sales activities such as prospecting calls, customer appointments, presentations, proposals and closing orders for H&H MANPOWER PTE. LTD.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in the market area to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
• Stay up-to-date with product applications, market conditions, competitive activities and industry trends.
Requirements:
• Must have good business acumen and sound judgment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success.
• Must be service-oriented and results-driven.
• Willing to work on weekend and public holidays.
• Able to work longer hours with prolonged periods of standing.
