We are seeking a highly skilled Director of Governance to join our team at The GMP Group. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will be responsible for assisting the Director of Administration and Human Resources in all external and internal audits related to Human Resource.

Key responsibilities include coordinating responses from HR to address recommendations made by external auditors and the MOHH Group Internal Audit teams, as well as assisting in performing audit checks according to the HR Governance Annual Work Plan.

In addition, you will coordinate the annual review of HR policies, including updates to the HR Policy Directory and maintenance of policy repositories.

You will also support the management of the annual Conflict of Interest Declaration Exercise and contribute to system enhancements for the COI declaration form and platform.

Furthermore, you will collaborate with various HR Centres of Excellence to develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for key HR processes.

Last but not least, you will provide guidance to HR Business Partners on governance matters and serve as a consultant for HR policy-related issues owned by HR Governance.
