Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Receptionist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling front desk duties, and supporting administrative tasks.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in similar receptionist/administrative duties in a primary school setting, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A minimum GCE 'N' Level qualification is required, and First Aid knowledge is preferred.

The Receptionist will work closely with the Administration Manager and School Leaders to provide administrative support in school events and exercises. The successful candidate must be able to maintain confidentiality of all school staff and pupil information.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Chinese speaking
  • Minimum GCE 'N' Level qualification
  • At least 3 years of experience in similar receptionist/administrative duties in a primary school setting
  • First Aid knowledge (preferred)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Word and Excel
