About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Strata Management Customer Service Executive to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless handovers for property owners and managing defects effectively.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting thorough pre-handover inspections to identify potential defects and working closely with contractors to ensure timely resolution.
  • Coodinating handover schedules with developers, guiding owners through the process, and addressing any inquiries about unit interiors.
  • Serving as the liaison between owners and contractors to facilitate efficient defect resolutions and maintaining accurate records throughout the process.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to navigate complex situations with ease. You should also be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks and timelines.
