About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Regional Business Development Manager to join our team at CEVA Logistics. In this role, you will work closely with internal and external stakeholders on Industrial accounts, building long-lasting relationships and ensuring high-quality service delivery across all services.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying key account targets in the Asia Pacific region, understanding decision-makers and specifiers, and increasing CEVA Logistics' penetration in the area. They will also establish a referencing strategy for regional or international Industrial accounts and undertake lobbying among prospective clients to promote CEVA Logistics and secure future business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target key Industrial accounts in the Asia Pacific region, focusing on decision-makers and specifiers
  • Promote CEVA Logistics' services and expand its presence in the Asia Pacific market
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and customer satisfaction
  • Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions

Requirements:

  • At least 7 years of related work experience in Freight Forwarding (Both Air & Sea Freight) & Contract Logistics
  • Experience in Key Account management and development, preferably with network/contacts of decision makers in Asia Pacific
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure, independently, and as part of a team
  • Good critical thinking and problem-solving skills

Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience
