About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Early Life Nutrition (ELN) and Medical Nutrition (MN) segment strategy in Asia-Pacific. As Regional Business Development Director, you will be responsible for driving business growth, customer engagement activities, and innovation pipeline development for these key segments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement ELN and MN segment strategies in APAC, ensuring strong cross-functional team performance and achievement of growth objectives
  • Lead account management efforts to drive sales growth and expand market share in the region
  • Manage a portfolio of innovative customer projects in Asia-Pacific to grow our ELN and MN business
  • Project manage business development funnels for ELN and MN in the region to ensure future growth targets are met
About You

We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 8 years' experience in B2B markets or B2C in the early life nutrition industry. A bachelor's degree in marketing, sales, or science is required. Knowledge and experience of the flavors industry are advantageous.

You should have a proven track-record on marketing/concept content generation and roll-out for technical or highly specification driven products. Ability to identify consumer insights, business opportunities, define innovation strategies, transform them into concepts, and achieve their implementation is essential.

What We Offer

As a valued member of our team, you can expect a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
