As a key member of the Kellogg Brown & Root Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd. team, the Regional Business Development Director will be responsible for driving business development and sales in the APAC region. This role requires a strategic thinker who can analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop effective business plans to achieve company goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement regional business development strategies to drive growth and revenue.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and feasibility studies to identify business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and colleagues.
  • Identify, develop, and manage project pipelines to ensure a continuous flow of business opportunities.
  • Participate in meetings and negotiations with potential clients and partners to pursue business opportunities.
  • Conduct market opportunity assessments to find leads and drive a continuous pipeline of sales.

Requirements:

  • Higher education degree in a relevant field, such as business, engineering, or economics.
  • At least 10-15 years of industry experience, preferably in business development, sales, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and colleagues.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
