Job Title: Senior Manager, HR Manpower Planning and Analytics

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, HR Manpower Planning and Analytics to join our team at GMP Recruitment Services (S) Pte Ltd. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for leading and harmonizing the manpower planning, budgeting, monitoring, and reporting process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement advanced analytics tools to collect and integrate data, providing insights to management for informed decision-making.
  • Collaborate with institutions to define staffing norms and advise on optimal staffing requirements.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, bi-annual, and annual manpower reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Partner with Group Finance and Institutions to consolidate manpower budgets and staffing levels.
  • Explore and implement manpower planning budget and intercompany billing systems to streamline processes.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree with relevant experience in data analysis, statistics modeling, and data visualization.
  • At least 8-10 years of experience in manpower planning analytics and modeling with strong ability to summarize, visualize, and present data for decision-making.
  • Proven experience in manpower analytics, benchmarking, trending, and statistical reporting, ensuring optimal performance.
  • Good understanding of HR systems and business intelligence databases.
  • Possess analytical skills for reviewing, analyzing data, and making recommendations.
  • Skills in support tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and macro Excel, and knowledge of database management.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively communicate findings and insights to multiple stakeholders.
