Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manpower Planning and Analytics professional to join our team at GMP Recruitment Services (S) Pte Ltd. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for leading and harmonizing the manpower planning, budgeting, monitoring, and reporting process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement advanced analytics tools and techniques to drive business insights and inform decision-making.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define staffing norms and optimize manpower requirements.
  • Design and implement effective manpower planning and budgeting systems to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to senior management to drive business growth and improvement.
  • Ensure seamless integration of manpower planning and budgeting processes with other HR systems and databases.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as data analysis, statistics, or business analytics.
  • At least 8-10 years of experience in manpower planning and analytics, with a strong track record of delivering business insights and driving decision-making.
  • Proven expertise in data visualization, statistical reporting, and business intelligence databases.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to review, analyze, and interpret large datasets.
