In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with internal teams to deliver on contractual obligations to Landlords, build and maintain trusted relationships, and prepare and present regular reports and updates.

\

You will also be responsible for facilitating day-to-day activities, including regular site visits to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and assets' upkeep, as well as training and supervising junior team members.

\

A key aspect of this role is supporting new business growth by identifying opportunities for new business and growing current contracts.

\

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a sharp business acumen, strong communication and organization skills, and be self-motivated, highly analytical, and resourceful.

\

You will also need to have a proven track record of servicing strategic landlord partners or similar roles, and be passionate about Outdoor Advertising.

\

Requirements

  • \
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing.\
  • Min 4 to 6 years of proven experience in strategic business partners management or similar function.\
  • Able to build trust and positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.\
  • Sharp business acumen and highly numerate.\
  • Project management and resource co-ordination capabilities.\
  • Excellent written / verbal communication and presentation skills.\
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.\
