Mid Cap Corporate Banking Relationship Manager

This corporate banking role at DBS Bank Limited presents a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in relationship management and build long-standing partnerships with mid-cap corporate clients. Salary
The estimated annual salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. A competitive benefits package is also offered.
About the Job
In this critical role, you will work closely with internal partners across various geographies to complete and execute account plans on clients identified in target markets. You will increase product penetration and cross-selling of Institutional Banking Group's services, including capital markets, transaction banking services, and treasury, by demonstrating an understanding of the client's business needs and generating solutions to meet their requirements.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive account strategies to expand existing and develop new portfolios.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive business development and execute account plans.
- Increase product penetration and cross-selling of IBG services, utilizing industry knowledge and analytical skills to identify opportunities.
- Maintain accurate and timely submission of RFPs, pitches, meeting deal execution timelines, credit memos, and supervision reports.
- Prepare financial models with P&L, B/S & cash-flow projections based on sound business and market assumptions.
- Proactively monitor and manage accounts, ensuring timely action is taken on credit deterioration or improvement.
- Conduct corporate finance analysis, including capital structure analysis, valuation analysis, and comparables as required.
- Independently handle loan & security documentation and negotiations with good degree of competence.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree with minimum 5 years of relevant experience in related field.
- Experience in corporate lending to and relationship management of mid-cap corporate clients.
- Strong credit and financial analytical skills, with ability to prepare complex financial models and cash-flow analysis.
- Demonstrated knowledge of corporate bank products and ability to undertake industry-level research.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
