This role involves leading collaboration projects with China university partners, preparing visit programs and managing operations related interactions. The successful candidate will also support the Steering Committee in meetings and approvals of projects.

The ideal candidate will possess a degree in project management, business administration or commercial fields and 8+ years of working experience. Proficiency in both English and Mandarin is required for translation purposes.

  • Lead several collaboration projects with China university partners following the strategy of our organization.
  • Prepare university level MOU / MOA with collaborators, or necessary internal documents such as financial analysis etc under China collaboration projects.
  • Manage operations related interactions including payment instructions and board meeting related preparation.
  • Support the Steering Committee in meetings and approvals of projects.
Requirements

To succeed in this role you should have:

  • A degree in project management, business administration or commercial fields and 8+ years of working experience.
  • Proficient in both English and Mandarin verbally and written as translation would be required for project management purposes.
  • Able to work independently as well as collaborate effectively as a responsible and cooperative team player.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills to get buy-in from targeted audience both internally and externally.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • Good analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Result oriented, self-motivated, positive thinking and adaptable to changes.
  • Experience in dealing with Chinese organisations is preferred.
  • Project management experience is preferred.
