Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Partnership Development Manager to cover the Greater China region. This is a 3-month contract role with a high potential for extension beyond the short term.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building and expanding strategic partnerships across Mainland China, Hong Kong, and Taiwan. They will act as the main liaison for partners in the region, ensuring smooth onboarding and product integration.

  • Providing training, resources, and ongoing support to maximize partner success.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve partner issues.
  • Assisting partners in creating go-to-market plans that boost adoption of our messaging solutions.
  • Identifying new partnership opportunities to broaden market reach.
  • Gathering market insights and partner feedback to inform product enhancements.
Requirements
  • Full professional fluency in written Chinese and spoken Mandarin.
  • 5+ years' experience in SaaS, cloud communications, enterprise software, or partnership management.
