**Head of Greater China Region, Games Partnerships Responsibilities**:
- Manage and train a high-performing team of talented and motivated partner-facing individuals
- Execute FB Gaming developer strategy and roadmap based on partner and product priorities as well as market dynamics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, design, marketing, finance, and partnerships
- Define, build and own adoption of FB Gaming platforms (including mobile SDK, instant games and cloud gaming) to end-users via developers and platform partners
- Produce qualitative and quantitative analysis of product performance, aggregate feedback, explore new strategic opportunities, inform the product roadmap with enhanced or new functionality, and ensure product and industry impact optimized for a diverse user community
- Represent Facebook and provide thought leadership and perspectives in external meetings with executives from other companies
- Build, develop, retain and motivate a diverse team while recruiting for new members and continually raising the bar for talent and capabilities
- Think creatively and long-term with the largest companies in the world to build durable, long-term partnerships by understanding their strategy and what matters to them
- Work with teams outside of gaming to stitch together cross-FB value propositions for partners as well as making our internal products stronger. This includes AR/VR, sales teams and other product organizations
- Open to travel internationally, with flexibility to work across time zones and influence remote teams
**Minimum Qualifications**:
- BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
- 10+ years experience with experience in driving growth through Partnerships or Business Development, including 6+ years working with Game Developers
- Experience in the gaming industry with strong understanding of the gaming ecosystem
- Experience leading and coaching people
- Ability to define, initiate and drive business opportunities in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment with multiple stakeholders internally and externally as well as understanding and navigating partner and technical requirements
- Advanced skill in production tools like MS World, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Fluency in both English and Mandarin as the role requires engaging with partners in China whose usual business language is Mandarin
- Willingness and ability to travel ~25% of the time when it is safe to do so
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Interest in Facebook products and gaming
- Identify and leverage trends within industry of expertise/focus
- Business development experiences and/or Developer Relations experience, to identify and drive business opportunities
- Ability to initiate, structure, negotiate, and maintain significant and complex strategic relationships with game companies
