**Gaming Marketing Manager (Greater China Region) Responsibilities**:
- In close partnership with the gaming sales organization, drive Meta for Business marketing communications and messaging strategy for the GCR Gaming industry.
- Drive the creation of world-class marketing communications and campaigns for all of Meta’s marketing products addressing the GCR gaming advertiser audience.
- Lead an integrated marketing strategy that drives activation of Meta marketing clients and prospects for large global and local gaming brands in the region.
- Partner with global and cross-functional counterparts to drive and deliver scalable marketing programs. Measure the impact of marketing programs and ROI.
- Manage a program calendar/roadmap and communicate to all stakeholders.
- Drive partner marketing and co-marketing with our resellers and distributor partners in the GCR region.
- Develop outbound regional marketing strategies to support product launches, educate partners and drive adoption of Meta technologies in collaboration with Sales, Product and Marketing teams.
- Create compelling, integrated content and event activations for GCR - adapting audience narratives, messaging, presentations, collateral, videos, pitch decks as needed
- Identify and develop content, case studies and proof points for priority products and programs
- Partner closely with internal cross-functional teams including Partnerships, Marketing, Policy, PR/Communications, Legal, Product, Design, as well as external partners and agencies
**Minimum Qualifications**:
- 8+ years of B2B marketing experience
- Demonstrated capacity for developing marketing strategies in an Internet and/or advertising environment
- Experience in adapting outbound marketing messaging, positioning and narrative - online & offline - for use in GCR
- Ability to move quickly and deliver on tight deadlines
- Strong executive presence and a track record of working well in cross functional teams
- Experience building relationships, leading and delivering projects in a highly cross-functional, global team environment
- Works with a flexible and proactive mindset to deliver solutions in sometimes ambiguous situations
- Experience in developing and delivering integrated marketing plans, including events (virtual and physical), digital campaigns, industry partnerships, media placements, etc.
