Jellysmack is looking for a **Senior Partnership Manager, **China-Taiwan** Your mission will be to develop Jellysmack's creator program across Greater China, and be a direct member of the Jellysmack APAC Creator Partnership Team.
**Your mission**:
- Develop the Creator program across Greater China as an individual contributor by setting and achieving ambitious targets and rigorous KPI tracking.
- Assess regional and local potential for Jellysmack’s development.
- Build and manage a robust pipeline of video content creators, media companies (TV networks, Publishers, Production companies, Sports Leagues, etc.), as well as forecast new business closure rate and revenue.
- Define top markets/platforms/creators' verticals priorities and regional Go to Market strategy.
- Monitor the selling process & pipeline with potential new video creators, from first contact to the negotiation and closing phase.
- Create relationships with the most relevant partners in the ecosystem (e.g. talent agencies, management agencies, etc.)
- Collaborate with the testing team to check creator potential before signing.
- Partner with the Success Management team to manage creators' expectations, ensure a successful launch, and help set expectations for future potential growth.
- Coordinate with Finance & legal teams to prepare the most relevant contract & offers.
- Monitor regional performance using tools created by Jellysmack and 3rd party resources.
- Continuously adjust creators' offerings by identifying upselling opportunities in collaboration with the Success team.
**Requirements**:
**A little bit about you**:
- Degree with a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Sales & Business Development
- Ability to speak and write English and Mandarin fluently in order to effectively communicate with representatives from external stakeholders in-market. Cantonese is a plus.
- Significant experience in generating new business and closing sales opportunities, solid successful track record as an individual contributor in Greater China.
- Ability to define and implement a go-to-market strategic plan.
- Experience in working across disciplines (Sales, Success Management, Product, Technology) and with multiple stakeholders.
- A passion for social media, especially for video content creators.
- Very strong interpersonal and communication skills, confidence in networking with various influencers and stakeholders within the social media industry.
- Ability to take initiative and come up with new ideas to develop our business across Greater China.
**Your skills and experience**:
- Strong Sales and Business Development experience.
- Solid management experience.is preferred.
- Strong strategic thinking capability with the ability to executive priorities well.
- Business acumen and the ability to identify key development priorities in the region.
- Deep understanding of the social media landscape in Greater China including local dedicated social platforms.
- You showcase Teamwork, Organization, Leadership, and Autonomy.
